4E4th-IDE - the Integrated Development Environment for your MSP430 LaunchPad ... Screenshots

These are some screenshots while working with the 4E4th-IDE for Windows.

The first picture above shows the 4E4th-IDE when started. First thing to do - before connecting the LaunchPad to the USB port - is to prepare the LaunchPad connection. When this is done, the LaunchPad can be connected and will be recognized by Windows.
Without this preparation the LaunchPad will not be recognized. Especially Windows 7 is difficult to handle in this case.

When Flashing is done, the 4E4th-IDE automatically checks and sets the virtual USB COM port.

With a click on "START" (bottom right) the connection to the LaunchPad target will be established.

The 4E4th-IDE-Instructions show different ways for programming, downloading, and editing a session,
using Leo Brodie's example adapted from his book "Starting Forth", and a Morse code program which generates
Morse code with a little speaker connected - there is a demo on YouTube.
